Over the years, he&#8217;s worked across design, research, and facilitation roles, partnering with businesses, organisations, and communities to create solutions that genuinely meet people\u2019s needs. He&#8217;s focused on helping teams to deliver exceptional digital products and services that support communities and organisations to create positive social change\u2014bringing creativity, empathy, and purpose to every project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He&#8217;s especially passionate about all things te ao M\u0101ori and is committed to creating safe, welcoming, and empowering spaces for M\u0101ori designers to explore their M\u0101oritanga and realise their creative potential.
