- Updated the Project contributor section to prevent duplicate contributors from being added based on email.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where Institutions and Researchers were unable to notify multiple communities at once of their Project.
- Fixed a bug where accounts were blocked from being able to add an Open to Collaborate Notice link or download the Notice, even when subscribed.
- Fixed a bug where removing a Notice from a Project was throwing a 500 error.
- Fixed a bug where when going to the Open to Collaborate API call URL via a browser was throwing a 500 error.
- Fixed an error for Researcher and Institution accounts without a Subscription getting an error when going to the API key settings within their account.
- Adjusted the saving of a user’s first and/or last name when creating an account if the user’s profile did not already have a name associated with it.
