Indigenous Communities Working Group meeting

The next Indigenous Communities Working Group meeting will be held May 5 UTC.

This meeting is being held after the April 29 UTC webinar about recent updates to the Hub, including the introduction of the Hub membership program, to create space for an informal follow-up discussion to share resources, questions, and thoughts in a smaller group setting.

This meeting will not be recorded. If you are unable to attend but have feedback or questions about the membership program, please email the outreach team at outreach@localcontexts.org.

Current members of the Working Group should have an email and calendar invite with connection details. If you are interested in the group, you can read more and submit your interest on our Working Groups and Networks page.

The Indigenous Communities Working Group (ICWG) brings together Indigenous community members and Indigenous community staff internationally to share experiences related to using the Local Contexts Traditional Knowledge and Biocultural Labels. Meetings include members sharing their experiences customizing and using the Traditional Knowledge and Biocultural Labels, group discussions around Local Contexts and the Hub, Local Contexts updates and feedback, and more.
