Rose Barrowcliffe is Butchulla-Wonamutta. She is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Critical Indigenous Studies at Macquarie University and an Honorary Senior Research Fellow in the School of Languages and Cultures at the University of Queensland. Rose’s work and research focus on integrating Indigenous rights in archives and collecting spaces, and applying Indigenous data sovereignty across the knowledge continuum with a specific focus on embedding Indigenous worldviews in metadata.
