Canada Network meeting

The next Local Contexts Canada Network meeting will be held Monday, December 8, at 14:00 ET.

For this meeting, we will hear from Bernard Picard-Friesen and Steven Alexander at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada about their adoption of Local Contexts tools. Our Local Contexts team will also provide a briefing on their time at the Living Data and ATALM conferences.

Current and invited members of the Network should have an email and calendar invite with connection details. If you are interested in the group, you can read more and submit your interest on our Working Groups and Networks page.

​​The Local Contexts Canada Network brings together First Nations organizations and representatives, institutions and organizations, and others located in / with connections to Canada to see how we can together support the momentum and interest for the use of the Local Contexts Labels and Notices in the region.
