OPEN @ UNGA 81

What does digital sovereignty mean in an open world? On September 21, OPEN @ UNGA 81: A Conversation on Collaboration will bring together leading voices from open source, digital rights, and digital sovereignty — including Local Contexts Founder Jane Anderson — for a day of conversation on how the two intersect.

Discussions will examine where open practices are complementary, where tensions emerge, and how these questions vary across the open stack — from infrastructure and hardware to software and data. The program will also consider what individual and community-level autonomy can teach us, and the role of Middle Power Collaboration.
