A joint Local Contexts Cultural Institution Working Group (CIWG) and Library Working Group (LWG) meeting was held on September 3, 2025.

In this meeting, Kirsten Thorpe (Worimi), Jason De Santolo (Garwwa, Barunggam), Duncan Loxton, and Ryan Stoker (Wiradjuri) shared about Marana Dyargali, a collection of zines exploring Indigenous research ethics and the intersection of protocols and practice that includes a TK Notice. The presenters spoke to the Indigenous research methodologies guiding the collection, their institutional library processes and protocols, and the decision to include a TK Notice on the UTS Library ePress webpage for the collection and within the publication itself. You can read Marana Dyargali on the UTS ePress website, and see our blog post for additional details.

If you are interested in attending future meetings for these groups or others, you can learn more and submit your interest on our Working Groups and Networks page.
