Who is eligible to become a Founding Supporter?
Any Member, Subscriber, Service Provider, or other supporters seeking to provide additional financial support to Local Contexts during our first 5 years of operation as a non-profit organization, from 2023-2028.
Why become a Founding Supporter?
Your “kickstarting” funds will help us build our support and training capacity and better serve Indigenous communities as well as institutions and researchers.
For donations of at least US$1,000, Founding Supporter benefits include:
- A press release and listing on our website
- Personalized delivery of our Annual Report
- An annual invite-only meeting with our Executive Director and Council Chair
What are the responsibilities of Founding Supporters?
Founding Supporters must sign the Founding Supporter Agreement.
Are there Founding Supporter fees?
The Founding Supporter program is a one-time donation. We are recognizing donations in the following categories:
- Advocate: US$1,000-4,999
- Ambassador: US$5,000-9,999
- President’s Circle: $10,000 and over
